Computer Field Service Technician

The Job:
We are seeking an experienced field service technician to perform hardware/software installation/repair/support on a broad range of products. Most work will be done on-site at customers business premises and will be workstation/network related. Other work will be done in our workshop and is very diverse including removing viruses, troubleshooting general computer issues such as LAN, WAN, printer, security, Internet, operating system and other hardware/software issues.
Must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience as computer field service technician. Server experience is desirable but not essential.
Relevant Tertiary or Microsoft qualifications required. Must have a good understanding of hardware and software, an in depth knowledge of all windows systems and good networking capabilities.
