1. Click Yes
2. Press the Windows Key + U
3. Click on the Microsoft Web Site link in the Microsoft Narrator window.
4. In Internet Explorer click File->Open, type cmd.exe and click OK
5. Click Run
6. Click Run
7. In the command prompt go to the directory containing the program (which is c:\program files\microsoft office\office 11 for Outlook 2003) and then run the program (outlook for Outlook 2003). Note that the activation program will periodically close programs like explorer.exe and cmd.exe, so you will have to type fast.
8. You now have access to your program.
