Emergency (24x7 – Weekends & Weekdays)
Computer Doctor engineers will work 24 hours a day, 7days a week for a quick and complete solution.
Weekend (8.30am to 5.30pm - Weekends)
If the job is not completed during normal business hours, our expert engineers will continue to work 8am-5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday to ensure a timely resolution.
Priority (8.30am to 5.30pm – Weekdays)
Computer Doctor engineers work on the job during normal business hours until the process is complete. This moves the job ahead of standard jobs during every step of the process and typically cuts resolution time in half.
Standard (8.30am to 5.30pm – Weekdays)
A team of engineers works on the job during normal business hours. This service typically takes 1 to 2 days.
On-site (24x7 – Weekends & Weekdays)
Our highly trained engineers travel anywhere to perform services on-site.
